I.D. vintage bumper bar and over rider

Can anyone ID these 2 items ? I need to move them on and an ID would help .

The ends of the bumper bar curl around and have a bolt through the eyes.

I couldn't see the images with Firefox but could with Chrome.
Can't help with the bumpers though although the style looks late '30s.

The Diamond shape reminds me of my family's 25 Buick. I don't remember the wave bit though. Good luck.
