Good job Cody

Inspirational build and shows that if you keep at it and persevere then eventually they hit the street. The trick is not to give up.

Hope to see it soon.

Thanks for the kind words. I have been driving the wheels off it too, the first couple of days you couldn't scrape the grin off my face.

In the end I got a FiTech EFI which I would highly recommend. I also got the gas tank modified to suit fuel.

What did you have done to the tank Cody. Did it need internal baffling etc?

Hey Andrew,

The tank was a stainless autogas tank. It had baffles, a swirl pot, filler neck, inlet and outlet added. I also had to modify a sender for the guage. It was also stamped.

Thanks Cody, been thinking of doing the same thing with my Myttons SS 70L tank. Didn't think it would need to be date stamped for petrol. Is that the filler behind the back of the tank, flush with the tray deck?
Thanks again for the reply.

The tank is stamped by a licenced tank builder with a lic number. Pretty sure empty gas tanks can explode if you don't do it right.

The filler has a vented cap from a boat on it atm but I'll change it so it's flush and a bit more in my style one day.

Cheers
Dave.

I'll have to think about a trip to Perth, no windows would be a challenge.

Thanks for all the help along the way Steve. It is much appreciated. :D
