XA Master cylinder hole size through firewall

Post by monte »

I am trying to fit up a bracket for a XA master cylinder into the firewall and I have used the MC I had on the Torana so I cant get a measurement on it ,I need the OD of the bit that sticks out the rear of the MC so I can bore a hole in the firewall and fit it ,thank you all :D :D :D :D :D and the hole centers of the bolt holes would be good too

I have a CAD for the XB but it's the Booster pattern and I have an XB master that is removed from the booster.

I think XB are the same as XA ?

Here is the one from XB (boosted type), by the look of it may be different to a non boosted type ?

There is a step, then a rib then it steps up in size, 37.12 (front), 40.92 (rib), 38.8 (back)

Front 37.12 mm

This should be the rib 40.92 mm but I doubled up on the photo.

Back 38.8 mm

Bolt Centre 82.0 mm
