Jag Rear springs

Hi All
I am after some advise about replacement rear springs.
Mine are a bit soft in the Chev ute so I need a heavier set.
Anyone have experience with a similar problem?
A source from springs would be helpful. Plus anyones experience solving this one.

Not sure that there were any differences in the Jag units but you could go to aftermarket coilovers with various spring rates available

Just found this jem whilst doing a bit of a search.

XJ6 3.4/3.8 RTC2754 360 lbs/in

XJ6 4.2 a/c RTC2751 385 lbs/in

XJ12 RTC2753 420 lbs/in

XJ6 2.8 RTC660 410 lbs/in but 3/4" shorter than the others and only now sold as an Aston Martin part.

XJ6 3.4 a/c RTC2749 no longer available.

Correct installed height for all is 210mm.

The rear of an XJ6 is 200 pound pre inch.

XJs 250 pond per inch.

I found some from Lovells with a raised ride height.So will give them a try.

I was playing with the rear end of the MightyBoy and found the jaguar rear springs, once liberated form their shocks, fitted the rear of the car almost perfectly.

I haven't had a chance to try them but they can't be any worse than the ultra soft Daewoo springs that had the tyres rubbing on the body and flares.

It's all part of Hotrodding!

Old post. But I have an excuse...

Regarding the Daewoo soft springs: Are they the same size as the Jag ones? ie, diameter?

Just thinking if so 4 of them might suit a Jag rear end in a light rod.

The Daewoo ones are narrower at the ends.

They're only too soft as we cut them down and used heat the roll a new end in them. They are very saggy.
