Not noticeably. However the car is a pearl metallic, so every panel looks a different colour the way the light hits the different angles, which would help hide it. There are some visible seams, and some edges where it needs to wrap around a tight curvature at the very edge of the panel where you can see the edge - and we expect to get some dirt and grime build up under that. The installer did forewarn us about limitations of the product on complex shapes. He also advised around appropriate paint protection coatings and things and what was suitable, and the need to be careful about using cheap products with salt or bad ph that might affect the ppf. I want to add a layer between the chassis and the floor of the bed. I have 3mm thickness to fill so maybe some of the high density EPDM stick down rubber strip?
Bunnings sells this but not self adhesive.

Whatever foam you use it has to be closed cell so it doesn't hold water.

McMaster Carr, over here in the U.S. sells what you are looking for. They have various thicknesses and widths, and list compressed thicknesses as well. They have a 4300+ page printed catalog with tens of thousands of items. All of them are available from their website. I bought some 1/16x1-1/8 adhesive backed strip, to seal the removable floorboard section on my Hudson. The factory sealed it with a black substance that is a sticky mess, even today. It might be butyl... Anyway, Once I got that stuff cleaned up off the floor, I certainly didn't want to put down anything like it again.

A lot of the old vintage cars had a bitumen tape between the chassis and body. Bunnings sell it as a bituminous flashing. It is felt impregnated with bitumen and over time the bitumen melts itself on to the chassis and stops moisture entering.

I have a roll of stuff I bought many years ago, could be Malthoid, but I am not sure.
It was bitumen based, and about 3mm thick. It was about a 2" wide strip, flexible and both sides had a type of grit (very fine) impregnated in it, so the joint between the body and chassis wouldn't squeak.
