Bobbin Head Run 2003

Post by Jacko »

anyone know what weekend this is on this year? thanx. :)

I spoke to Dave Hart (Northern Suburbs Rod Club) last week. Details are as follows:
Sunday 15th June, Bobbin Head National Park. Rods will probably start arriving around 10ish, presentation around 2, 2.30ish

I spoke to Dave Hart at the Nats (he's the Pres of the Northern Beaches club that hosts it). He said it's the weekend after the long weekend in June. I'm not sure of the exact date as I have no idea when public holidays are.

Anyone out there work for the Government? They'd know. :D
It's OK, I'm not really from Sydney, I just moved there, but now I'm back in Perth so I'm normal again.

The June long weekend is the 7th to 9th June (and I dont work for the governemnt  )

That would make the weekend after the 14th & 15 June. Is sunday the day of festivities? I'll plan on having the battery fully charged on the camera :D

Who's goin to Bobbin Head :?:
I need a hand to lift my F*%@ing car over those F*%@ing speed humps
Maybe the Northern Beaches could set up some car balance beams over each one to help save our sumps and exhaust systems.
Not to mention providing some entertainment for the crowds.

I'll be there (unfortunately will be in the Plastic Fantastic). I'll be the one with the camera and greasy hair.

I hope to be there.
All going well, I should be able to debut William's 'lil Roadster, but it won't be finished. I've been working on it for about two weeks now.
