Hi guys i got my rotors sorted now the next question is what type of hub seals fit?

Do you have an original seal from the drums ? . Compare this to the stock Ford seal that suit the disc rotors . The seals are inexpensive ,so a punt on purchasing a seal for the rotor application may be the go . If not suitable then a bearing/seal specialist supplier can help . Good chance that the original drum seal would fit the rotors.
