This followed me home
Went to visit a mate today and as the heading says , this just attached itself to my car and followed me home . It is a 1937 chev ute and is our next project . It is definitely going to be a long term build and we will probably start over winter . No idea which way we will go running gear , body mods yet , just going to get a plan together soon and see how we go .
when are you going to finish it?

They say things usually get worse before they get better , well here it is . Just getting everything that is not need stored away and removing anything that comes off , either by manufacture or rust . Pretty daunting but it’s only a process of one thing at a time .
when are you going to finish it?

About what I expected for an 83 year old, some bits better some worse . Floors and sills etc don’t bother me , the pickup bed has an inner frame of timber so will have to split inner and outer panels then construct a steel frame . Fixing half a panel , floor etc usually is just as much work as doing the whole lot so will just tackle it bit by bit
