LS type engine mount dimensions.

Hi All.
Does anyone know, or can easily measure, the height of LS engine mounts as used in Commodores?
They are the donut style with a long mounting thread at the top and bottom.
I need the dimension from the top to bottom mounting plates, and the diameter.

Also, if anyone knows, what sort of retainers do they use? You know, the metal brackets that prevent the engine from tearing the mounts apart in a roll-over.

Those Range Rover ones are good but the Jaguar V12 ones, that look the same, are tougher.

I tore the Rover one's up in my 1UZ swap and changed to jaguar and all good.

Rod, I have some of those Range Rover ones, they are too small. Thanks for your input though.
I have a pair of Lexus mounts which I set the engine/chassis up for. The engineer was happy with them and the method I used to adapt them to the Chev "top hat" chassis. That was years ago.
Now as I am fine tuning quite a few things, I feel the engine could do with being raised about 15mm. I was never happy with the proximity of the headers to the rubber Lexus mounts, and on one side, the headers are close to the chassis. Lifting the engine a bit will give better clerance.
If I could just add a spacer to the Lexus mounts to add about 15mm that would be great. But the vertical mounting bolt that connects the mount to the engine adapters isn't long enough.
I noticed that LS mounts have long mounting bolts. That would work, but they are way too wide, so they'd foul the chassis.
I have been toying around with Ford Falcon BA 6 cylindee mounts. They might just do the trick.

I used the original 3 bolt small block mounts on my LS swap into my tourer, I made plates that bolted to the block that also had the 3 bolt holes to suit the chev mount, saves a lot of space, the washers where tacked on to allow for the swage in the back of the mount. just need to make them as left and right versions. I have probably used this style about 5 or 6 times, with the high horsepower we have used the high energy urethane style mounts.

Yes, I can do that, but I am using the factory Lexus donut mounts and it all fit great. All I wanted to do is raise the engine about 15 mm. Higher (different make) donut mounts would be the easiest.
I can us some adapter plates sandwiched in between the block and the engine mount adapters, then drill holes further down the plates. That's plan B.
